You see and approve the mockup before production starts. If any pieces arrive damaged or differ from the approved proof, report it within 48 hours of delivery and we'll reprint or replace them at no cost.

What is the minimum order quantity?
25 pieces for logo branding. For smaller quantities, ask us on WhatsApp and we'll suggest the best option.
Will my order reach before 31 December?
Orders confirmed (mockup approved and advance paid) by 15 December are planned for delivery before the New Year. Larger or multi-city orders need more time, so share your quantity and cities early and we'll confirm the exact date.
What logo file do I need?
A vector file (PDF, AI, SVG) gives the best foil and deboss results. A high-resolution PNG also works, and our team can clean up the artwork.
Can each employee's name be printed on their diary?
Yes. Share an Excel sheet of names and we'll print them on the covers and pack each diary individually.
Can I add my own pages inside?
Yes. Add a welcome note, company values, the 2027 calendar, policy pages or a contact directory. We'll show the layout in the mockup.
Do you deliver to multiple cities or directly to recipients?
Yes. Upload a list of addresses and we'll dispatch each pack to the right office, city or home.
Dated or undated?
Dated Jan–Dec 2027 or undated, your choice.
Do you provide GST invoices and accept purchase orders?
Yes. Add your GSTIN to the order and we'll issue a GST invoice. Payment terms are confirmed in your quote.
